The first visit was great, good hamburger, really good fries. The second visit was a disaster. The hamburgers were literally charred to death and the staff was rude about it. The third visit (with friends who didn't know better), I ordered Hawaiian rice and it was instant rice with a slice of canned pineapple. Never again.
Went in for the burger special. The atmosphere was a bunch of drunk, loud people in their 60's and 70's, and loud TV with commercials. Got a table, two servers stumbled over our drink orders. Never got the water we asked for.Waited 27 minutes for food, which was fine, but the burgers were cooked past well done, burnt on the edges, yet barely warm. WTH? We should have sent them back but didn't have time to wait another 30 minutes so broke the burnt edges off and ate what we could. Fries were great. We didn't get a lovely dill spear like the nice photo shows, that they post all over facebook, and I had actually ordered pickle on my burger which was also missing. In fact the burgers were small in addition to being cooked to death. What a huge disappointment.Got the check and was overcharged $4.00 each on the burgers. Server realized her mistake and fixed it. Also, beware that iced tea is $4.00. It wasn't even good iced tea. Never again. Its too bad because this could be a really nice, cute hangout.
Great burgers, wings, jalapeño poppers, and fries. Chris and crew are trying extra hard to make everything amazing. I could not say enough nice things about our experience.

What can’t I say about this place?! GREAT food. Even better people and atmosphere. Honestly if you want a hidden gem you’ve found it!!
Alright this place is THE place in Ashtabula to go to past like idk like 9 get the big island you WILL NOT be disappointed it’s INSANE!!!!

Opening night excitement lights going out a little rain coming in . From a downpour, it felt like a real Tiki bar. Good drinks, nice food choices with a fun atmosphere. Enjoyed the wheat noodles, but a little too hot for me. I was offered a replacement that with less heat but I ate them anyway.. I will be back maybe tonight😀
We loved this place. We had a drink and some appetizers here while waiting for our pizza next door. We can't wait to come back!
